Hello, and welcome to BREATHESPACE! I am looking forward to getting to know you more, and sharing with you my perspective on mindful living. I founded BREATHESPACE in 2014. Over the years I have developed fitness, strength, yoga therapy and nutritional programs for corporations, individuals from all backgrounds and needs, ages, races and sizes. Refining a cognitive behavioral approach to fitness. I am most passionate about helping people experience a deep, and subtle connection to their breath & bodies through mindful breathing and movement. People say that I have a new perspective on health wellness & fitness, and that I have helped or inspired them to achieve a goal using one of my programs. I love helping and working with people. There is a special moment when you can see in another's eyes that they have felt something new in themselves. Facilitating this experience for people, helping them to change, grow, and re-experience themselves by becoming more mindful is why I founded BREATHESPACE.

I first started practicing yoga when I was six-years-old while living in Oregon. And after being diagnosed with rickets. I was always an active girl and loved working out, dancing and anything to work up a sweat. When I was ten I started a Saturday community workout with other kids, became a cheerleader and joined JROTC and a dance team into high school. Later when I started modeling professionally, fitness became even more a part of my lifestyle. Working out became the same as waking up and going to sleep. For me, it was not about the body looking a certain way. It was more about getting to the point where I could feel a certain way, to relax or feel strong. My body looking better was a plus for me, and at the time a complete surprise! Throughout my life, yoga and voluntary respiration (pranayama or mindful breathing & meditation) have been therapies, as well as fitness. Overtime they were all-in-the-same. Not one for fitness and another for therapy. Now, well into my thirties, I have taken my mindful living practice and turned it into something you can experience and benefit from like I have. Whether or not you decide a program is for you, buy one of our products, engage with content or you just like the conversation & information - BREATHESPACE is for everyone.
